What Little I Know…

With the types of technology available to an end user, we are noticing many commerce interaction portals stepping up their use of technology and in the end, those still a little behind the tech rage are finding some of the new web tools difficult to use. So, when I see a consumer interaction site that tries to make the exchange as simple as possible, while still maintaining the Web2.0 elements we have come to expect online, I must give credit. iMoondo is an international video classified site that makes uploading video ads simple for any layman.

Unlike many other video classified sites iMoondo allows for larger file uploads, limiting the need for truncating files and so on. The site also boasts of multiple player types and very few limitations for product sellers. Moreover, the service is completely free and the private seller identity is protected, as all emails flow through an iMoondo mail agent and then to the sellers personal email account.

iMoondo seems to be one of many new video classified sites cropping up on the scene. The multi-dimensional product viewing option on these video enabled sites, improves the layman to layman interaction, removing another element of buyer beware. In iMoondo’s case, I believe with the right marketing, site awareness campaigns and continued play on the sites ease of use, they have a long self life ahead of them.
